There’s a fair selection of dumbbells and a pair of adjustable benches – including the decline version. There’s also a dual cable machine with a wide range of handles plus two multi-gyms making it possible to do leg extensions, lat pull-downs, chest presses and leg presses. There’s also a “tower” for leg raises/dips.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two stationary bikes, two cross-trainers and three treadmills.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? No.

The hotel gym opens at 8am and closes at 11pm which sucks. I prefer to workout early, so 8am is way too late for me – I complained about it.

The facility itself is nice and clean.

I was super happy to see they had dumbbells.
