Strength equipment includes dumbbells ranging from 5 to 70 lbs/2 to 32 kgs and there’re two weight benches and one sit up bench as well.

There’s are several machines – seated rows, leg curls, leg extensions, lat pulldowns, chest presses, hip abductors, hip adductors, shoulder presses, biceps curls and seated le presses.

There’s also a dual cable machine and a Smith machine.

As for cardio equipment, the hotel gym contains six treadmills, two cross-trainers and one stationary bike.
