There’s a nice selection of dumbbells, a leg curls/extensions machine as well as a multi-gym making it possible to do chest flys, shoulder presses, lat pull-downs, etc.
There’s also a smith machine!
As for cardio equipment, there’re two spinning-like bikes, three stationary bikes, six treadmills and four cross-trainers.

The hotel gym is open from 6am to 8am, I believe. However, they let me in every day at 5:45am. It would’ve been nice if it’d been open 24/7.
They weren’t really missing any equipment, but things were pretty crammed in with all of the cardio equipment.
