Dumbbells go up to 66 lbs/30 kgs and there’re three adjustable benches.
There’s a Smith machine, a squat rack and a barbell bench press setup as well.
There’s also a fair range of pin-operated machines – for example, lat pull-downs, biceps curls, leg extensions and seated rows.
Cardio equipment covers two spinning-like bikes and three treadmills.
Accessories include exercise mats, exercise balls, plyometric jump boxes and a Bosu ball.

Opening hours are from 7am to 11pm.
Machines were well-maintained and the hotel gym itself was clean.
However, I was disappointed in the lack of cardio machines. I wish they’d have had stair climbers!
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
No, there simply aren’t enough cardio machines.
