Dumbbells range from 9 to 88 lbs/4 to 40 kgs, kettlebells from 9 to 44 lbs/4 to 20 kgs and there’re three adjustable benches to work with.

They also have cable machines making it possible to do lat pull-downs, triceps extensions, leg extensions, seated rows, biceps curls, etc.

There’s even a squat rack/bench press setup with plenty of plates available.

As for cardio equipment, there’re seven treadmills, three stationary bikes, two cross-trainers, a rowing machine, and a spinning bike.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hotel with as well-equipped hotel gym as this one!

At first sight, it seemed a bit tight and squeezed together, but actually it was nicely organized and very functional.

In general, machines and equipment seemed new.

I was quite impressed to see they had a rowing machine.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 and during my use (in daytime), an employee was available for questions and to keep an eye on the hotel gym.

Yes! It was well-equipped, in great condition and never over-crowded.
