A bench, a cable machine and dumbbells (up to 20kg) if you’re in the mood for weight-based training. If you’re more into cardio, there’s a treadmill and a cross-trainer.

The hotel gym is quite small and will definitely appear quite claustrophobic if there’s just a few people working out at the same time.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Not sure!
Norway is a great country and although the hotel itself isn’t high end, I’d still expect more when it comes to the hotel gym. It’s like, “Here’s a room, it’s too small for anything else, let’s put the hotel gym in here! Who has some left-over machines?”.
