There’re a variety of pin loaded machines: Chest and shoulder presses, a fly machine, ab crunches and leg extensions/curls.

There’s a dumbbell rack that goes from 11 to 55 lbs/5 to 25 kgs.

There’s a dual arm cable machine that can be adjusted on either side and used with multiple attachments.

There’s a wide variety of cardio machines: Multiple tread mills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes. There’s even a stair master – not something typically seen in hotel gyms.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

Opening hours are from 7am to 10pm.

Equipment is very clean and up to date. No rips or issues with any of the padded surfaces.

Not going to be setting any PRs, but plenty to get in a good workout while on vacation!
