Dumbbells go up to 70 lbs/32 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches too. Kettlebells go up to 53 lbs/24 kgs.

There’re two squat racks/bench press setups with plenty of plates. There’s even a trap bar!

There’s also a cable machine with a solid selection of handles.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two rowing machines and two treadmills.

Accessories cover battle ropes, box jump boxes, exercise balls, exercise mats, a Bosu ball, foam rollers, different elastic bands and sandbags.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

I’m not sure about the opening hours of the hotel gym, but I guess you can go whenever you want since you open the door with the room keycard.

The hotel gym has a PT service as well.

I was happy to see they had barbells, lots of weights, kettlebells and battle ropes.

Yes! It has lots of equipment.
