Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and benches are available too – including the decline option.
There’s a Smith machine and a cable machine and several pin-operated machines – for example, chest presses, leg extensions, seated rows, lying leg curls, lat pull-downs and ab crunches.
As for cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, five cross-trainers and four stationary bikes.
Accessories include a Bosu ball, exercise balls and exercise mats.

Having a Smith machine really added value.
The overall space is tight, but the equipment quality and variety were excellent and made up for the tight confines.
Protein shakes were even available for sale.
