Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches as well.
They also have a cable machine and all of the machines you need for a great workout, including a leg press.
There are three treadmills, two cross-trainers, a stationary bike, a rowing machine and two Peloton bikes for cardio.
As for accessories, there’re three level of boxes and an exercise ball.

I was surprised to see they have a Smith Machine with plenty of plates.
Headphones are available too.
