There’s a wide range of pin-operated machines – for example, seated leg presses, ab crunches, chest presses, shoulder presses, seated rows, lat pull-downs, leg extensions and leg curls.
There’s also a dual cable machine.
The cardio area is pretty extensive with around ten treadmills, four cross-trainers, two stationary bikes and a Peloton bike.
Accessories include exercise balls, Bosu balls, a foam roller, slam balls, a TRX setup and even a punching bag.
