There’s a solid range of dumbbells as well as a pair of adjustable benches.

There’s also a cable machine with many different handles.

There’s even a nice selection of pin-operated machines – for example, leg-presses, leg curls, leg extensions, biceps curls, chest presses and lat pull-downs.

There’s a pretty cool cardio area as well covering stair-masters, stationary bikes, cross-trainers and treadmills.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

It wasn’t the biggest or most equipped hotel gym I’ve ever been to, but had enough equipment to get my workouts in.

The hotel gym and its equipment were clean and service at the Westin is top notch.

They also had daily peloton rides and yoga outside.

I love the 24-hour access!
