Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’re several adjustable benches to work with.
There’s a fair selection of pin-operated machines – for example, shoulder press, lat pull-down, seated row, ab crunch and leg press.
There’s also a dual cable machine.
The selection of cardio equipment is pretty extensive with a rowing machine, a spinning bike, seven treadmills, three Peloton bikes, two stationary bikes and four cross-trainers.

The hotel gym is nice and large and opening hours are 24/7.
I was happy to see the variety of machines they had including an assisted pull-up/dip machine.
