There’s a nice selection of dumbbells going up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench to work with.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike, a cross-trainer and two treadmills.

There’s also an exercise ball and two exercise mats.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The temperature was comfortable and there was 24hr access to the gym with the key card.

I was disappointed that there weren’t any weight-based/pin-operated machines, to work with, but at least they had dumbbells.
