There’re are a few kettlebells and dumbbells and a pair of adjustable benches.

As for cardio options, there’s a cross-trainer, two treadmills and a Peloton bike.

Accessories cover a Bosu ball, foam rollers, exercises mats, exercise balls, a TRX strap and a box for box jumps.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? No.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

As a start, the hotel gym has a very limited selection of dumbbells. Furthermore, one of the two treadmills didn’t work. Finally, the gym wipes were empty and there weren’t any towels in stock.

They did have two benches, but given the lack of dumbbells, they weren’t very useful.

I managed to make a good workout with high repetitions a low weight, but of course that took much more time and not what I wanted to be doing.

No, I’d go across the street to the Hampton Inn instead. There’s a much better hotel gym offering there.
