Dumbbells go up to 55 lbs/25kgs, kettlebells up to 33 lbs/15 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
There’s a multi-gym machine making it possible to do seated rows as well as lat pull-downs and there’s also a single cable option with a nice selection of attachments.
Finally, there’s a Smith machine with a fair range of weight plates.
Cardio equipment covers a stationary bike, a treadmill and a cross-trainer. However, there’s also a handful of outdoor spinning bikes.
