There’s a squat rack and pin-operated machines for chest presses, shoulder presses, leg extensions, etc.
There’s also a solid selection of dumbbells and adjustable benches.
There’s even a TRX station with plyo boxes and punching bags.
As for cardio equipment, there’re assault runners, rowers, treadmills and cross-trainers.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Although the hotel gym at this hotel in Cheadle is a little tired and could do with a revamp, it’s well equipped. Although I’m not a fan of TechnoGym equipment, it worked.
The headroom is a little restricted in the dumbbell area.
The hotel gym is open from 6am to 10pm on Monday to Friday – I didn’t see the opening hours during the weekend.

Yes, it’s a great hotel gym! I use this chain of hotels as their investment in hotel gyms tops other hotels’ hands down. They usually offer excellent hotel gyms and pools.
