The cardio section covers cross-trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes including Peloton bikes.
There’s a wide variety of pin-operated machines including leg press, leg curl, leg extension, shoulder and chest press as well as a cable machine. There’s also a solid selection of dumbbells and even a boxing bag as well as a boxing speed bag.

W Hotels never disappoint!
The hotel gym is situated on the south side of the building with a view of the ocean and pool deck.
The hotel gym itself was very clean. With a 10 person capacity it may be tight during peak times in a 500 unit hotel, but I was there in the middle of the day and it was fine.
The hotel also offers roof top spinning class, beach yoga and boot camp on the beach.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
