Dumbbells go up to 88 lbs/40 kgs and there’re different benches to work with – an adjustable bench, a fixed upright bench, a flat bench, a bench for biceps curls and a decline bench.

There’s also a solid selection of pin-operated machines – seated rows, ab crunches, rear delt/chest flys, chin-ups/pull-ups, lat pull-downs, leg curls, leg extensions, etc.

There’s also a decline leg press, a Smith machine, a dual cable machine with several attachments, a squat rack, and an incline as well as a flat bench press setup.

There’s even a boxing ring with gloves as well as pads!

The cardio area is quite extensive with 12 treadmills, two stationary bikes, four cross-trainers and a stair-master.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

According to the front desk, the hotel gym doesn’t open until 6:30am or 7am. However, I was there at 6am and gained access with my room card without any hassle.

Towels are available but had to be picked up at the hotel gym reception – maybe they just forgot to fill the station inside the actual hotel gym.

It’s the first time I’ve seen a boxing ring in a hotel gym!

I was super happy with the available equipment – many machines, a wide range of dumbbells, a Smith machine, bench press setups and even a squat rack!

Yes, it’s surely one of the better equipped hotel gyms I’ve ever used! I willing to bet that it’s even better than many local gyms!
