Dumbbells go up to 75 lbs/34 kgs and there’re three benches to work with.

There’s both a flat bench and an incline bench press setup as well as a squat rack.

There’s also a leg press machine and a dual cable machine with a solid selection of handles.

There’s also a tower for dips, leg raises, chin-ups and pull-ups.

As for cardio equipment, there’s a stair master, two cross-trainers, three treadmills and a pair of stationary bikes.

Accessories cover exercise balls and mats, step benches and elastics.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The equipment was well maintained.

There were plenty of options for a complete workout.

There was padded floors and plenty of weight sizes and options.

The cardio machines even included a stair master.

Yes! It’s one of the most complete and spacious hotel gyms I’ve experienced.
