Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs, there’s a fair selection of kettlebells as well as an adjustable bench.

There’s a chin-up/pull-up tower, a seated leg press machine, a Smith machine and a dual cable machine.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’s a rowing machine, three treadmills (one of them being the curved version), a cross-trainer and three Peloton bikes.

Accessories cover exercise balls, exercise mats, a Bosu ball, medicine balls and a foam roller.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel – on the adjacent side of the hotel (i.e. you need to cross an open-air walkway though it is still part of the actual hotel building, it’s just the way it’s designed) – and accessible 24/7 via the hotel keycard.

The main reason for the rating given is that the hotel gym was missing some key leg machines for quads, hamstrings and inner/outer thighs. Otherwise, I would’ve rated it higher.

Yes! It has an excellent array of equipment (mainly TechnoGym) for a boutique hotel.
