Dumbbells go up to 66 lbs/30 kgs and there’re three adjustable benches in total – one of them a decline version.

There’s a nice range of pin-operated weight-based machines: seated leg presses, leg extensions/curls, lat pull-downs, shoulder presses, seated rows and chest presses.

There’re a back extension bench, a Captain’s chair and a small “tower” for chest dips.

There’s also a dual cable machine with a great range of motion and tons of attachments, a plate-loaded hip thrust machine and a Smith machine!

As for cardio equipment, there’re four treadmills, two cross-trainers and two stationary bikes.

Accessories cover an exercise ball, exercise mats, foam rollers, an ab wheel, a sandbag and some kettlebells.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 and located on the 6th floor – same floor as the indoor pool and spa.

It’s spacious, well lit and equipment seems new/in good condition. Around the cable machine, things seem out of control with attachments everywhere – but if that’s the price for having loads of attachment options, it’s fine.

Proper air conditioning is installed and working properly, but some of the staff insisted on keeping the doors open because some guests don’t bring their room key card!? I just shit them anyway…

Speaking of guests, the hotel gym was super crowded the one evening I used it! It’s one thing that you have people there to work out – even if it’s a local dude deciding to use the treadmill without wearing any t-shirt. However, when it’s a handful of kids using the gym as a playground and grown-ups only going there for a few minutes to take selfies, it’s freaking annoying! That being said, when using the hotel gym in the morning, I almost had it to myself.

Yes! That’s very likely! The hotel gym has loads to offer and if there’d been a squat rack and/or barbell bench press setup, it’d be an almost perfect hotel gym!
