Time of visit: August 2026
Equipment
Dumbbells go up to 66 lbs/30 kgs and there’re three adjustable benches (one of them being the decline version).
There’s a pretty extensive range of weight-based equipment – both pin-operated and with weight plates: biceps curls, leg extensions, lying leg curls, seated leg presses, triceps extensions, shoulder presses, bent-over T-bar rows, lateral shoulder presses and even iso-lateral high rows!
There’s also a tower for (assisted) chin-ups, pull-ups and dips, a dual cable machine with an acceptable selection of handles and a Smith machine which also allowed for a free barbell to be rack on the “outside” allowing for barbell squats or bench presses.
As for cardio equipment, there’re five treadmills, a step machine, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike.
Accessories cover elastics, exercise balls, exercise mats, foam rollers, a few sandbags, a few medicine balls and a pair of Bosu balls.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.
Comments
The hotel gym is open 24/7 and easily accessible with your room card.
It’s spacious, well lit and the AC is working perfectly well.
Although a rowing machine might be missing in the cardio section, everything you could expect is more or less there.
I was quite impressed to see all the handful of plate-loaded machines – e.g. for lat pulldowns and bent over T-bar rows. Normally, hotel gyms only have the pin-operated versions – but here they had both!
With limited adjustable benches, I wonder if things get a little crowded during “rush hour” – but whenever I used the hotel gym, it wasn’t a problem!
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! It’s very likely, indeed! It’s super well-equipped!
