Dumbbells go up to 75 pounds/34 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches.
There’re also a Smith machine and a dual cable machine.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two rowing machines, a spinning bike, four treadmills and three cross trainers.
Accessories cover exercise mats, battle ropes, a plyo box, a TRX setup, slam balls, kettlebells and sandbags.

Hampton Inns are generally lacking quality and options in their hotel gyms. Hamptons are a budget hotel within the Hilton family of properties, so I usually don’t expect much from their fitness centers. This property is a real exception with heavy dumbbells, a Smith machine, a cable machine and many cardio options, including water rowers.
It’s an amazing hotel gym with gorgeous views from the 6th floor.
