Equipment
Dumbbells go up to 70 lbs/32 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches.
There’s a Smith machine with a solid selection of weighted plates and integrated J hook allowing for a free barbell to be used making it possible to do barbell squats, barbell bench presses, etc.
There’s also a dual cable machine.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, a rowing machine, two cross-trainers and three stationary bikes.
Accessories include a Bosu ball, a foam roller and exercise mats.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

It’s a small, compact hotel gym for a boutique hotel, but sufficient for a decent workout.

Overall, there seems to be an opportunity to use the space better, add more equipment and use the stretching space for more dedicated stretch work.
Machines are limited – especially for lower body exercises.
