Dumbbells go up to 22 lbs/20 kgs and there’s a small adjustable bench as well.
There’s also a multi-functional cable machine making it possible to do different kinds of weight-based exercises.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike.
