Dumbbells go up to at least 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench to work with.
There’s also a multi-gym machine making it possible to do pull-downs, chest flys and leg extensions.
As for cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, two stationary bikes and a cross-trainer.
