There are dumbbells ranging from 4 to 44 lbs/2 to 20 kgs and a cable machine with a decent range of handles allowing for an equally decent workout.
Cardio-wise there’s a stationary bike, two treadmills a rowing machine, a cross-trainer and even an arm-bike machine!
