Dumbbells go up to 72 lbs/32,5 kgs and there’re two benches – one being flat, the other one being adjustable.
There’s also a dual cable machine.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, a stationary bike and two cross-trainers.
Accessories include plyo boxes, medicine balls, a pair of kettlebells, an ab wheel, exercise mats, foam rollers, a TRX setup and an exercise ball.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 and accessible via your room card.
It’s well lit, clean, has proper AC running and equipment was in great condition.
It’s always nice when there’s a dual cable machine and with fairly heavy dumbbells, there’re no excuses for not kicking ass! That being said, it would’ve been nice with a few more attachments/handles.
The laundry room is at the corner of the hotel gym, but partly sealed off which means that guests having to do laundry don’t really disturb people working out.

Yes, it’s quite likely! The hotel gym isn’t special, but it’s one of the better ones in the area.
