There’s a nice selection of pin-operated machines – for example, biceps curls, lat pull-downs, chest presses, shoulder presses and seated leg presses.

There’s also a fair range of dumbbells as well as barbells and an adjustable bench.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’re treadmills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

This hotel gym had everything I needed to consistently sweat while staying on the resort for a conference.

The hotel also maintained properly working equipment in the hotel gym.
