There’re several kinds of cable machines as well as machines for seated rows and lat pull-downs. The range of dumbbells as well as kettlebells is quite impressive for a hotel gym there’s plenty of adjustable benches.

There’s a big cardio section with everything from Peloton bikes, stationary bikes, stair-masters, treadmills and cross-trainers.

They also have an open-air setup with dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX ropes and a punching bag.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The opening hours are 24/7.

The hotel gym is spacious – there’s even an open-air area – and everything is clean and updated.

I was pleasantly surprised at the outdoor space. It was refreshing with the Hawaiian breeze. I love the amount of cardio machines and they had an assault type-of treadmill which I love.

I was disappointed to see they didn’t have a Smith machine, but most hotel gyms don’t.

Yes! It was such a clean and well-equipped hotel gym. With the outdoor space, it had such a refreshing vibe. I wanted to work out there more than go to the beach which was also incredible.

There’s a mind-blowing selection of dumbbells (5 to 100 lbs/2 to 45 kgs) as well as barbells (10 to 80 lbs/4 to 36 kgs) and several adjustable benches including a decline version.

There’s also a lat pull-down, a hip thrust and a seated row setup plus different kind of cable machines.

The cardio area is quite extensive with five Peloton bikes, a stationary bike, two stair-masters, six treadmills and five cross-trainers.

There’s an outdoor jungle gym with a solid range of dumbbells as well as kettlebells, TRX ropes and as punching bags. Outside, they also had a weight sled, a SkiErg, two assault bikes and a rowing machine.

There’re loads of equipment! Everything is clean and well-maintained.

Opening hours are 6am to 7pm for visitors – and 24/7 for guests.

Yes – it’s the best hotel gym! I would gladly pay to use this hotel gym even if I stayed elsewhere!
