There’s a handful of treadmills to meet the needs of the cardio kings and queens.
As for weight-based training, there’re a solid selection of machines including leg presses and leg extensions as well as a Smith machine and a Captain’s chair.
There’s also a pretty good selection of dumbbells with the heaviest set being around 77 lbs/35 kgs.

The hotel gym is very nice and with a variety of equipment.
It’s very clean and comfortably fits about 10-12 people working out at the same time.
At the time of the visit, reservations were needed in order to use the hotel gym due to the COVID-19 situation. Nevertheless, I was able to get some good workouts in while staying at this hotel.
The one thing missing is a stationary bike – the cardio section only has treadmills.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
