There’re two treadmills, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike.
There’s a cable machine with a fair selection of handles.
Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches.
There’s a few exercise balls and yoga mats as well.

This is a hotel that my company books for me and the hotel gym is decent as far as hotel gyms go but not great. It could use an update – for example, the adjustable bench is quite worn out. However, you can get a good workout in with some creativity.
The gym is open 24/7 and located on the 5th floor of the hotel.
