There’s a fair selection of kettlebells, dumbbells go up to 75 lbs/34 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches.

There’s also a dual cable machine in the corner of the hotel gym.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, two stationary bikes and two cross-trainers.

Accessories include medicine balls, exercise mats, a Bosu ball, exercise balls and a box for box jumps.

Opening hours are 24/7 with your room key card.

The hotel gym is located right off the pool deck and I was happy to see how spacious it was with an area for mats for stretching.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, a stationary bike, a spinning-like bike, a Peloton bike and two cross-trainers.

As for accessories, there’re medicine balls, a Bosu ball, exercise mats and balls and a plyo box.

I was happy to see they had a cable machine with a full range of attachments.

The gym is open 24/7 and accessible with your room key.

At the time of my visit, the Peloton bike was out of order.
