There’s a multi gym in the corner of the room making it possible to do leg curls, leg extensions, lat pull-downs, chest presses and shoulder presses.

There’s also a cable machine with a fair range of handles as well as a TRX setup.

There’re kettlebells and dumbbells (up to 70 lbs/32 kgs) and a pair of adjustable benches to work with.

The cardio section covers four treadmills, three cross-trainers, two stationary bikes and two Peloton bikes.

Accessories include foam rollers, slam balls and exercise balls.

I was happy to see that they had the multigym. However, any hotel gym that has a cable machine is good enough for me. All that extra equipment was definitely a bonus.

Space was smaller than most hotel gyms – I could see it getting crowded quickly, although it was empty early on a Saturday morning.
