Time of visit: June 2025
Equipment
Dumbbells go up to 55 lbs/25 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench.
There’s an EZ bar with a fair range of weight plates as well as a bench for biceps curls.
There’s also a multi-gym making it possible to do seated rows, lat pull-downs, chest presses, shoulder presses, leg extensions, etc.
As for cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, a stationary bike and two cross-trainers.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Not sure.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Not sure.

Opening hours are from 9am to 9:30pm which is useless! The staff at the reception stated that it was because the hotel gym was “their own”!? I guess it’s the same for most/all hotels around the world!?
Anyway, after a while, they agreed to check with “management” and after a couple of hours, I was given the green light to use it at 6am. As expected, all you needed to enter was your room card…
The hotel gym itself is spacious and well lit. I’m guessing there’s free towels and water, but since I used the hotel gym outside official opening hours, I’m not sure.
In terms of equipment, the hotel gym is average – but it’s surely workable. However, it would’ve been better with a dual cable machine instead of the multi-gym which has a limited range of motion on the cables.
Ideally, it would’ve been nice if dumbbells would’ve been a little heavier, but it’s still better than many hotel gyms!
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Not sure! Although the hotel gym isn’t super well equipped, it’s workable unless you must stay there for weeks. However, the opening hours are useless – and I don’t want to bargain to be allowed to train outside opening hours!
