Dumbbells go up to 26 lbs/12 kgs and there’re three adjustable benches.
There’s also a cable machine, a pull-up rack and multi-gym allowing for exercises such as shoulder presses, leg extensions, lat pull-downs, etc.
As for cardio, there’re two treadmills, two stationary bikes and a step machine.
Accessories include exercise balls, exercise mats, a TRX setup, an ab-wheel and some sandbags.
