Equipment
Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches.
There’s also a dual cable machine, a seated leg press machine, a leg extension machine and a separate cable machine allowing for lat pull-downs, seated rows, etc.
There’s a bench for back extensions and a captain’s chair.
As for cardio equipment, there’s a Peloton bike, three cross-trainers and five treadmills.
Accessories include two exercise balls and a handful of medicine balls.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
It has a nice size and good variety of equipment.
It’s a great hotel gym with a view of the pool.
A stair climber is the only thing that would’ve made the hotel gym better! The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because I’ve been to a few that are better.
The made to order omelets at the hotel restaurant make for a perfect post workout protein breakfast!
