Strength equipment consists of kettlebells (5lbs to 30lbs/2kgs to 13kgs) and dumbbells (10lbs to 50lbs/4kgs to 22kgs) and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
Cardio equipment consists of two treadmills, a cross-trainer and a Peloton bike.
Accessories include medicine balls (8lbs to 24lbs/3kgs to 11kgs), two exercise mats, two yoga blocks, a foam roller, a plyo box, a TRX resistance band training tower, three exercise balls, two Bous balls, and a resistance band set.
