Dumbbells go up to 70 lbs/32 kgs and there’re two adjustable benches as well as a bench for preacher curls.
There’re also a dual cable machine and a squat rack/bench press setup.
Pin-operated machines cover seated leg presses, leg curls, leg extensions and chest presses.
As for cardio equipment, there’re four treadmills, four cross-trainers and seven bikes – some of the spinning bikes.
Accessories include medicine balls, a punching bag, step benches, a foam roller and some elastics.

What’s the opening hours of the hotel gym? The hotel gym was open from 6am to 9pm.
They have all the equipment one could need and the spa infused water is a great touch, it’s super clean and staff is so friendly.
I was honestly pleased with everything! I was just a bit disappointed that they didn’t have a StairMaster.

Yes! This is the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen! I wasn’t expecting much from a hotel gym so this one was a pleasant surprise, I genuinely have no complaints.
