There’re cable machines, a Smith machine and a squat/bench press rack. The number of weight plates is plentiful, dumbbell goes up until 32kg and kettle bells up until 24kg.
As for cardio, there’re treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines, stair masters and spinning machines.
Does the hotel gym offer complementary towels? No.
Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? No.
Comments
The opening hours are somewhat limited seeing that the gym doesn’t open until 9:30am and closes at 9:30pm. If you contact the service center, it’s likely that you can persuade them to allow you to enter from 8am. However, it’s seems pretty fixed that the gym closes at 9.30pm or 10pm.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
If you’re staying at Lalandia, you’ve more or less bought a package deal which means that it’s not likely that you’re willing to venture outside the area to look for a better gym.
That being said, the gym is surely above average. However, seeing that you have to pay 50 DKK to enter, you would expect towels and water to be complimentary – especially considering that you can drink the latter off the tap.
