There are dumbbells ranging from 2 to 20 kg and a cable machine with a decent range of handles allowing for an equally decent workout.
Cardio-wise there’s a stationary bike, two treadmills a rowing machine, a cross-trainer and even an arm-bike machine!

Fine quality equipment and a decent selection of it. It’s definitely possible to get a decent workout in.

At first, I thought this place was going to be a dive but then realized it was only one of the rooms.
There are rooms all over the place and broken up into different parts. Cardio room, free weights, yoga, then a bigger room with machines and bikes and a lot of fidgety things. This is where most people hang out and lift. Overall pleasantly surprised.
