There’re a handful of treadmills, three cross-trainers, two sofa bikes and a stationary bike which should be enough for even the biggest cardio junkie.
The hotel gym is equipped with the most common weight-based machines like legs curls (front and back) as well as chest press and lateral pull-down machines.
Dumbbells range from 5 to 30 kg and there’s also a Smith machine.
There’re a couple of barbells and a fair selection of weight plates ideal for squats or over-head presses.

What this hotel gym might – to some extent – lack in weight-based machines, it makes up for in terms of the range of dumbbells and barbells as well as the fact that there’s a fully functioning Smith machine.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 – you just have to bring your room card to get in. If you go too early in the morning, you might experience that there’s no complementary water and towels.

In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two solid cross-trainers as well as treadmills.
 
As for weight-based machines, the hotel gym offers a shoulder press machine, chest press machine and a lateral pull-down machine. There’s also a Smith machine, different barbells and a fair range of weight plates as well as a cable machine. However, the number of different handles for the cable machine is somewhat limited.
In terms of dumbbells, these range from 6 to 20kg.
Unlike most other hotel gyms, there was also a fair selection of sandbags.

A somewhat classic multi-gym at the center of the hotel gym allows for leg, chest and back exercises. The multi-gym has limited settings and appear a little worn out.  
On a positive note, there’s a fully functional cable machine with a great range of handles, etc. and dumbbells up until around 20kg.
In terms of cardio, there’re a pair of treadmills, cross trainers and stationary bikes.

Although it’s not claustrophobic as such, the hotel gym appears somewhat crowded with just a handful of visitors.
There’s background music playing, but in case you want to bring your own Bluetooth speaker and play your own music, the management seems ok with that.
The hotel gym is open 24/7 – you just need your room card to access the facility.

Yes – it’s likely! It might not be a perfect hotel gym, but although the existing equipment has its limitations, it surely allows for a thorough workout.

The hotel gym offers a wide range of dumbbells going up to 50kg – probably the highest I’ve ever seen at a hotel gym.
If you prefer working out with barbells, there’re a handful of option including a Smith machine with plenty of weight plates to secure even a heavy workout.
Finally, there’re different weight based machines as well as a cable machine.
 
In terms of cardio there are 8 thread mills, 2 rowing machines, a few cross trainers and stair climbers and a handful of bikes leaving you with several options in case you want to build up a nice sweat.

If you’ve forgot your headphones, there’re headphones which you can use (for the cardio equipment) free of charge.

There’s a fair range of weight-based machines allowing you to do a basic workout.
There’s a limited range of weights for the one and only available barbell – and I’m not sure if the barbell actually belonged to a personal trainer assisting a client.
Dumbbells only go up until 14kg.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’s a cross-trainer, a stair-master and a handful of treadmills.

Maybe the air condition wasn’t working properly, but there was a bad/strange smell in the gym.
Depending on in which part of the hotel buildings your room is located, you might need to walk a bit to get to the gym. However, there’s a “bridge” connecting the different buildings allowing you stay inside.
There’s an indoor pool available just next to the gym.
Although there’s wifi at the gym, the stability is close to useless.

Since this is a Four Points hotel, I actually expected more from the gym. Due to limited equipment and a strange/bad smell, I’ll probably seek out other, better options – it should be possible, the price level considered.
