Very pleased with this gym! It was small but had plenty of equipment. Definitely a lot you can do in this space!

In terms of weight-based training, there’s a cable machine, a fair selection of dumbbells (2-23kg) and two flat benches (one adjustable).
There’re different exercise balls (2-9kg) including a large Swiss ball.
