There’re dumbbells and kettlebells and well as pin-loaded machines if you’re looking for a weight-based workout.
Cardio-wise, there’re treadmills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
Although the hotel gym itself is quite small, it’s probably the only hotel gym with chandeliers in the ceiling?
 
Dumbbells range from 1 to 20 kgs.
There’re isn’t any barbell option – but at least there’s a Smith machine with limited plates.
There’s a cable-machine with different handles, a lateral pull-down machine as well as shoulder and leg press machines.
 
In terms of powerlifting, it’s not ideal for compound movements. You can replace it with dumbbell exercises although options might be limited with the range of dumbbells available.
As for bodybuilding, it’s not bad – a bit limited in terms of weight/resistance options but you can decide to go higher on the number of reps.
If you’re looking for a solid cardio session, you’re all set.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! Although this hotel gym probably won’t cause your results to skyrocket, it’s surely ok if you want to stay in shape for a few days or a week of relaxation.

Treadmills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes make up a rather decent cardio area. There’s also a Peloton bike!
There’re dumbbells up to 20 kg, kettlebells and an adjustable bench including exercise balls if you’re looking for a weight-based workout.
There’s even an Echelon Reflect screen if you’re in the mood for an interactive yoga, Pilates or boxing workout.
 
Does the hotel gym offer complementary towels? Not sure.
Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? Yes.

Equipment is decent.
Lack of towels may be due to the Covid-19 situation.
I was there on a Sunday so it is not quite as clean as I would hope a gym to be but perhaps they are down staffed.
Being in Miami, I am only going to use the weights and do my cardio outside as there is no view in the gym.

There’re a variety of pin loaded machines: Chest and shoulder press, fly machine, ab cruncher, let extension/curl.
There’s a dumbbell rack that goes from 5 to 25 kgs.
There’s a dual arm cable machine that can be adjusted on either side and used with multiple attachments.
 
There’s a wide variety of cardio machines: Multiple tread mills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes. There’s even a stair master – not something typically seen in hotel gyms.

Gym hours are 7:00- 11-00.
Equipment is very clean and up to date. No rips or issues with any of the padded surfaces.
Not going to be setting any PRs but plenty to get in a good workout while on vacation!
