If you’re a cardio bunny, there’re treadmills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes and even a Peloton bike!
 
There’s a cable machine with a nice range of handles, dumbbells (2 to 22 kgs), kettlebells (2 to 12 kgs) and two adjustable benches.
 
They also have TRX systems installed, Bosu balls, medicine balls as well as yoga mats.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
It’s a nice well-smelling hotel gym although a little messy which was most likely due to someone not picking up the equipment after themselves.
The equipment is in good condition and seemed pretty new.

There’s a bike, cross-trainer and treadmill for cardio.
There’s a dumbbell rack which has 2.5kg, 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg and 12.5kg dumbbells, an adjustable bench and an adjustable decline/sit up bench. There’s also an exercise ball.

Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? No.
 
Comments
A very small, basic gym which has a limited range of equipment. However, the equipment it has is good quality (Matrix).
 
There’s alcohol gel at the entrance to the gym as well as a toilet and shower area that you can use after your session.

If you’re looking for a weight-based workout, there’s a cable machine with a wide range of attachments as well ad dumbbells (2 to 34 kgs) and kettlebells (2 to 22 kgs). With two adjustable benches, your creativity is the only limit in terms of what you want to do!
 
Cardio-wise there’re three treadmills, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike.
 
They also have yoga mats, a box for box jumps and exercise as well as medicine balls.

It’s a cute gym for a nice small hotel in historic Ybor.
It smelled great and the equipment is nice and in good shape.

There’s a chest press machine, a leg press machine, a lat pull-down machine as well as a cable machine. There’s a fair selection of dumbbells (2 to 22 kgs) and an adjustable bench.
 
If you’re looking for a cardio-based workout, there’re treadmills and cross-trainers.

The hotel gym is clean and well-maintained.
 
It’s currently open from 8am to 8pm. However, you need to make an appointment due to the COVID-19 situation.
 
I was happy to see that they had a leg press machine and a cable machine! However, it would’ve been nice if they’d had foam rollers too.

Not sure – but it’s surely one of the better hotel gyms in the city.

As for cardio equipment, there’re two stationary bikes, three cross-trainers and five treadmills as well as two Peloton bikes!
 
Weight-based machines cover chest presses, shoulder presses, lat pull-downs as well as leg curls and leg extensions. There’s even a cable machine with a wide variety of handles.
There’s a nice selection of kettlebells and dumbbells and two adjustable benches plus exercise balls and medicine balls.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
 
Kettlebells range from 12 to 24 kgs.
There’re two racks of dumbbells – one ranging from 2 to 22 kgs and another ranging from 1 to 10 kgs.
 
The best features are the state-of-the-art treadmills with sprinting programs that are easy to set up and two Peloton bikes for which the hotel maintains guest accounts so you can log-in at any Westin hotel. All the Westin hotels have them now.
 
The only downside about this hotel gym is that there aren’t any windows.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! I stay at this hotel every time I’m in the Crystal City area solely because of this hotel gym.

The cardio section consists of several cross-trainers as well as treadmills and there’s a couple of stationary bikes and even a Peloton bike.
 
There’s a cable machine with all kinds of attachments, a leg press machine, a chest press machine and a shoulder press machine as well as a lat-pull machine.
Dumbbells range from 1 to 22 kgs, barbells from 2 to 13 kgs and medicine balls from 1 to 7 kgs.
 
There’s also a TRX trainer, Bosu balls, exercise balls and a Bosu ball ab chair!

The hotel gym is open 24/7, smells great, is super clean and the equipment is nice. It has everything you need!
