There cardio area consists of a stationary bike, a rowing machine as well as a pair of cross-trainers and treadmills.
 
There’s a fair selection of dumbbells ranging from 4-18 kgs, two adjustable benches and a cable machine with adjustable “arms”.
 
They have yoga mats, there’s a Bosu ball and medicine balls (2,5-5,5 kgs).

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
There’s a water bottle filler and a drinking fountain available.
There’s a strange smell.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
No – the hotel gym doesn’t have a lot to offer considering how nice the hotel was!

Comments
The hotel gym was very spacious and had plenty of room to train and move about. Some hotel gyms have a tight space and this has plenty and lots of natural light.
There are two mirrors allowing for proper form checking.

They have kettlebells and dumbbells as well as adjustable benches. There’s even a multi-gym in the corner giving you the option of doing leg-presses, lat pull-downs or chest presses. There’s also a cable machine with a wide variety of handles.
 
If you’re looking to do cardio, there’re stationary bikes, treadmills and cross-trainers to help you get that heart racing! They even had LateralX Ellipticals combining cardio training with strength training.

Due to COVID-19 situation, water and towels were unavailable but it looks like they typically would have them.
I was surprised they had all those kettle bells!
It’s small, but clean and gets the job done.

Yeah, I think I’d stay here again if I were around!

The cardio section consists of two treadmills (one was sealed off due to social distancing) a cross-trainer and a stationary bike.
 
Dumbbells go up to 22 kgs and there’s an adjustable accommodating incline bench presses, for example.
The cable machine goes up to 90 kgs,
There’re medicine balls and weighted balls up to 7 kgs.

Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? Yes.

It’s a nice hotel with just the right amount of room to do light lifting and cardio to maintain your fitness while away. You have enough room to stretch out and get a good solid workout.
 
Very few people used the gym during the 3+ weeks I was there.
 
It’s great that the cable machine comes with an option to do pull-ups! It gives you extra versatility to get a solid workout session. It’s one of the reasons I pick this hotel over others in the area.
 
It has a water purifier so you can refill and get your own water and a sanitation station to clean equipment for those who are health conscious – especially during COVID-19 times.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes, it’s my favorite in the area!

Cardio equipment includes a cross-trainer, a step machine, two stationary bikes and two treadmills.
There’s a dumbbells rack (2 to 20kgs) and two adjustable benches.
There’s even a barbell bench press option – but with only two plates of 10 kg each, the use is extremely limited.
There’s also a multi-gym allowing you to do leg extensions, shoulder presses or seated rows.

Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? Yes.

It’s a small hotel gym with a limited range of equipment.
 
It’s clean and although it’s not possible to open any windows, there’s proper air conditioning.
 
There’s Wi-Fi and music playing on a TV.
 
Due to the COVID-19 situation, there’s a maximum capacity of three people. However, since it’s not really enforced and because of the limited space, it was difficult to do a proper workout while maintaining social distancing.
 
It would’ve been nice if there’d been a squat rack and some exercise mats. Ideally, they should also have heavier dumbbells.
