There’re treadmills (even a curved one), cross-trainers and stationary bikes (including a Peloton bike).
 
In terms of pin-operated machines, there’s a leg extension machine, a chest press machine, a lat pull-down machine, a leg curls machine and a shoulder press machine. There’s also a cable machine and a fair selection of dumbbells including two adjustable benches.

The equipment was in pristine condition. Everything felt clean and comfortable.
Great size room with plenty of space. Amazing views of downtown as it’s on the top floor.

There’s a fair selection of dumbbells and three adjustable benches as well as a cable machine.
 
Accessories include medicine balls, yoga mats and Bosu balls.

Comments
Extremely spacious and everything was very clean with towels and sanitary wipes available as well as a water fountain to fill water bottles.
 
Added bonus was an outdoor whirlpool hot tub overlooking the river to soak in after a great workout!

Holiday Inn Express & Suites

There’s a treadmill, a cross-trainer and a stationary bike.
 
There’s also a cable machine – but it only had one “arm” and the range of handles were limited.
Dumbbells range from 2 to 20 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench.

Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? Yes.
 
Comments
The hotel gym is open 24 hours a day and the equipment is in good condition.
 
I was happy that the gym was open 24 hours since I like to exercise early (5:30 am.)
I was only disappointed not to have towels inside the gym – you have to ask front desk staff for a towel if you want one.
