There’re three treadmills, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike, if you’re looking for a cardio-based workout.
 
If you’re in the mood for a weight-based workout, there’re kettlebells, a cable machine with a nice selection of handles as well as an awesome range of dumbbells all the way up to 34 kgs! With two adjustable benches, the only limit as to how you want to put together your workout is your creativity.
 
In terms of accessories, there’re exercise balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, a TRX system, resistance bands and a Bosu ball.

There’re two treadmills, a cross-trainer and a stationary bike. However, both treadmills were broken…
 
There’s a fair range of dumbbells (5 to 22 kgs) and an adjustable bench as well as a cable machine. However, the cable machine only had a bar and D handles as attachments.
 
There’s an exercise ball ideal for crunches and a range of medicine balls.
 
Does the hotel gym offer complementary towels? Yes.
Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? Yes.

One treadmill didn’t turn on. The other treadmill slipped too bad to use.
The cable machine was good for press down and cable pulls.

No – the space is too small and everything is cramped together.

The Pineapple Hotel

Cardio-wise there’s only a stationary bike, a treadmill and a small stepper.
 
Dumbbells range from 2,5 kgs to 12,5 kgs.
There’s a sit-up bench and a flat bench as well as an exercise mat.

Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? No.

A small, basic gym with limited equipment.
 
There’s no air conditioning but there are two overhead fans which help a little.
It’s located off the main road so there’s not much of a view but there’s good natural lighting.
 
The hotel Wi-Fi is good enough to reach the gym.
 
There’s no cleaning station or sanitizer in the gym. However, it seemed clean, didn’t smell and the equipment looked well maintained.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
No – it’s too basic – heavier weights are needed!

There’s a cable machine (although some handles are missing), dumbbells ranging from 4 to 22 kgs and an adjustable bench.
 
There are medicine balls (3 to 6 kgs) and yoga mats available too.

Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? Yes.

It’s a nice, clean, little gym which is open 24/7.
The equipment appears updated and it’s cleaned regularly.
