There’s a leg press machine, a chest press, a machine for seated rows as well as a cable machine with all kinds of handles including the rope pulley.
Dumbbells range from 2 to 22 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches as well.
 
Accessories include medicine balls, a few kettlebells and a Bosu ball.

Comments
I miss the more modern treadmills that allow you to set speed and incline before you start running.
I was happy to find a stair climber and the rope pulley option on the cable machine.

Yes! Overall, it’s a very nice hotel gym with plenty of machines to get in a full body workout.

As for pin-operated machines, there’s a combined shoulder/chest press, leg curls and lat pull-downs.
Dumbbells range from 4 to 22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
There’s also a cable machine with a decent selection of handles.

There’s some waiting if you weren’t and early bird! I got there every morning around 6:45am and had no problems until about 8:00am.
 
The equipment was in good condition, and the cardio section comes with an ocean view!
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! Considering the size of the hotel, there’s some room for improvement such as adding some additional weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, exercise mats and towels but overall, it’s better than most! The beach view is a big bonus too!

There’s a dip bar, a yoga mat area and a rack of dumbbells (2 kgs to 15 kgs) with an adjustable bench.
 
There’re two stationary bikes and a treadmill.

It’s a nice little hotel gym which offers nice views and good lightning.
 
However, there is no air conditioning, only a small fan. The windows do open which helps a little bit but then insects also get in. There’s also no cleaning station making it impossible to clean down equipment after use.
 
The cable machine is a bit worn-out and the range of motion on the lat pull-down isn’t great – it’s terrible on the leg press.

If you’re looking for a weight-based workout, you’ll find a lot of machines: leg curls, leg extensions, leg presses, shoulder presses, chest presses, ab crunches, a cable tower and a cable machine. There’s even a Smith machine as well as a huge selection of dumbbells along with different (adjustable) benches.

There’s also a solid selection of dumbbells (2 to 22 kgs) and two adjustable benches adding to the creativity of your workout options.
 
Accessories include a Captain’s chair, weight sticks, TRX equipment, Bosu balls, foam rollers, exercise balls, medicine balls, yoga mats and a fair selection of kettlebells (4 to 16 kgs).

The hotel gym was somewhat small, but well appointed.
However, with a tile floor, I was happy to find comfy yoga mats which helped me stretch after a long flight!
I wish they’d had more accessories for the cable machine.
Normally, the hotel gym is open 24/7. However, due to COVID-19 circumstance, it’s 7am to 12pm.
